Challenges We Can Support You With

You may be carrying things that feel hard to name, or patterns that keep returning no matter how much you try to move forward.

We support individuals navigating:

  • anxiety or a constant sense of overwhelm

  • relationship or family issues

  • the impact of past or developmental trauma

  • chronic pain, fatigue, or mind-body symptoms

  • grief, loss, or life transitions

  • questions around faith, identity, or religious hurt

  • neurodivergent experiences

  • self-criticism, shame, or feeling “not enough”

Our work together is always shaped around you, creating space to gently explore what’s been holding you, and to begin relating to yourself in a more grounded, compassionate way.

Our Experiential Approach to Healing

At RenHaven, therapy is more than talking things through.
It’s a space to slow down and gently connect with what’s happening within you in your body, your emotions, and your inner experience.

You’ll be met with warmth, curiosity, and care in a calm, welcoming space.
Together, we move at your pace, listening to what’s been held beneath the surface
and allowing it to be processed safely, with support.

This is a collaborative process.
You don’t have to carry this on your own anymore.
