Through experiential therapies, such as AEDP, EMDR, and IFS and Art Therapy, we help young people build confidence, resilience, and a deeper connection to themselves and others.



A Space for Teens to Feel Seen and Supported

Youth counselling is designed for teens (ages 12–18) who are struggling to manage stress, relationships, or emotions during this important stage of life. Therapy can be especially helpful for teens who are:

  • Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or easily frustrated

  • Experiencing low self-esteem or self-doubt

  • Managing school pressure, burnout, or perfectionism

  • Navigating family changes or conflict

  • Coping with grief, trauma, or identity struggles

  • Struggling with self-harm and suicidal ideation.

An Experiential Approach to Teen Therapy

Our work with youth combines experiential and creative approaches - like art therapy, experiential therapy, and body-based awareness - with genuine connection and respect.

Every session is guided by curiosity and collaboration. We focus on helping teens recognize and name their emotions, develop healthy coping strategies, strengthen communication and boundaries, and reconnect with their sense of identity and purpose.

Therapy offers a space to slow down, process emotions, and begin creating lasting patterns of self-understanding and growth.
