Through art, play and creativity, we offer a safe space for your child to express what they’re feeling while supporting you as their caregiver in strengthening connection and trust.

Therapy for Youth (ages 12-18)

Being a young person today can feel like a lot to carry. Pressure to keep up. To fit in. To figure out who you are while everything around you keeps moving fast. Underneath it, many youth are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected,
or unsure of where they belong.

We offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where youth can slow down,
make sense of what they’re going through, and feel seen for who they truly are.

I bring my whole authentic self to create a safe, trusting alliance with you. This means that I honour and welcome who you are, all parts of you in our space together in a compassionate and non-judgmental way. I believe that we are biologically wired for healing. By healing, I mean by integrating your heart, your mind, your body and your spirit, we learn to become whole. By tuning into the inner wisdom of our body, together we can begin to make sense of how you experience life.  

My unique approach is informed by my own healing journey and discoveries after leaving home at 15 on my own, and moving to a part of the world that required me to acquire a new language. While your story is not the same as mine, identifying as a minority in most places I have lived, my life experiences and struggles allows me to relate to your struggles.

I take a relationship-first, humanistic approach that honours each client’s unique story. I am especially passionate about working with children and youth, and I believe that providing them with space, safety, and genuine connection is essential to working through challenges. Alongside talk therapy, I often integrate experiential learning and movement-based approaches to help clients connect more deeply with themselves.
